Add to Flipboard Magazine.  January 17,2017 by Android Custom ROM Fix

Samsung is finally rolling out the Android 7.0 Nougat update to Galaxy S7 and S7 edge devices. The company released several beta builds before releasing the final build earlier today.

Since this is a massive rollout, Samsung is pushing the update in stages, and hence it may take some time until it reaches your Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge device. Manually checking for update from Settings » About device » Download updates manually option might also prove helpful.

If you’re unable to get the OTA update even after checking for it manually, you might wanna roll back to a freshly installed BTU firmware on your European Galaxy S7 (G930F).

Your device will automatically reboot when Odin is done flashing. You can then disconnect your device.
└ It might take some time for the first boot after flashing a stock firmware.

» Download Nougat OTA:

Once your device boots and you’ve the latest BTU firmware installed. Go to Settings » About device » and select Download updates manually option. This should let you download the Nougat update that is currently rolling out with build number G930FXXU1DPLT.

Android Custom ROM ™ recommend you connect to a WiFi network before checking for the update manually, since the Nougat OTA update is 1291.19MB in size.
