Samsung is Finally Rolling out the Android 7.0 Nougat update to Galaxy S7 and S7 edge devices. The company released several beta builds before releasing the final build earlier today.

Since this is a massive rollout, Samsung is pushing the update in stages, and hence it may take some time until it reaches your Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge device. Manually checking for update from Settings » About device » Download updates manually option might also prove helpful.

If you’re unable to get the OTA update even after checking for it manually, you might wanna roll back to a freshly installed BTU firmware on your European Galaxy S7 Edge (G935F).
